Current covered game: Spin Rampage: Zombie Defense (Android, com.harplix.spinrampage). It is intended for players aged 16 and over. Its current services and choices are described below.
Your choices: Where required, a privacy message asks for advertising choices. Open the game's Settings → Privacy Choices when available, or contact us about a privacy request.
1. Who we are and scope
HARPLIX is a sole proprietorship based in India. In this policy, “HARPLIX”, “we” and “our” refer to the publisher of the covered games. The policy applies to a HARPLIX game when its in-game notice or store listing links here, and to support or privacy communications about that game. Our Website Privacy Policy separately covers browsing harplix.com; other HARPLIX software or apps may have their own notices.
This is a shared policy for our games, not a claim that every game uses every feature below. Data handling depends on services actually enabled in a particular game. Before releasing a new game or adding a materially different feature or provider, we will update this policy or provide a game-specific notice as needed. Ask which practices apply to a game at gamesprivacy@harplix.com.
2. Information handled in our games
A covered game can save progress, virtual-item balances, purchase entitlements, preferences and privacy settings on your device. Information kept only on the device is not transmitted to HARPLIX merely because you play.
When a game uses advertising, consent or in-app purchase services, their software may process the following information, depending on the enabled service, region, device settings and privacy choices:
- Identifiers and network information: advertising, app-instance or other SDK identifiers, IP address, device model, operating system and language.
- Approximate location: country or general area inferred from an IP address.
- Game and ad activity: app interactions, ad requests, impressions, views, clicks and rewarded-ad completions, plus measurement, frequency-limiting and fraud-prevention signals.
- Performance information: diagnostics, crash logs and other app or advertising performance data.
- Purchases: product and transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, status and entitlements needed to fulfil or restore purchases and handle fraud or support. The app store handles payment credentials; we do not receive a complete card number.
- Privacy choices: consent status, regional signals and an age-treatment category where the game asks for one.
If you contact support, we receive your email address and what you choose to send. We will describe any new feature needing additional information before using it.
3. Why we use information
- Run and secure games, remember progress and provide features.
- Deliver and restore requested in-app purchases.
- Deliver, mediate and measure ads and apply privacy choices.
- Detect invalid traffic, fraud and misuse.
- Diagnose crashes and other technical problems.
- Respond to support or privacy requests and meet legal duties.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, legal bases depend on the processing: consent for consent-based advertising and device access; performance of a contract for requested game features or purchases; legal obligations; and legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, support and maintenance where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Device access or non-personalized ads may still need consent under applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Providers and disclosures
We use app stores, advertising and mediation networks, consent tools and support providers for the purposes above. A provider may act on our instructions or independently, depending on the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or our services, or in a business transfer subject to applicable law.
The networks and app store currently integrated in Spin Rampage are listed in the game details below. A future game may use different providers, which we will identify in an updated notice.
Read Unity's game-player privacy policy, Unity's privacy policy, Google's privacy policy and Google's partner-services information. These providers explain their own processing and retention. We will identify other material providers when a future game uses them.
5. Advertising and privacy choices
Ads can involve identifiers and technical data even when they are not personalized, for delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. We use personalized advertising only where permitted and subject to applicable privacy choices and age protections. HARPLIX does not sell personal information for money; disclosure to advertising partners can still count as a “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising under some US state laws.
Where required, a game provides a regional consent message and a way to revisit available choices. Android also offers advertising-ID controls. You can email us about applicable opt-out rights. Declining personalized ads does not, by itself, prevent ordinary gameplay. Installing or playing a game, or accepting its terms, does not itself give consent to personalized ads.
6. Purchases
When a game offers digital purchases, its app store processes payment and provides transaction information used to deliver or restore items, prevent fraud and assist with purchase enquiries. The app store's payment and refund rules apply; we do not receive your app-store password or complete payment-card details. A future game using a different store will identify it in the game or an updated notice.
7. Retention, security and transfers
Local game data generally remains until the game or its storage is removed, subject to device backup behavior. A progress reset may not clear separately stored privacy preferences. We keep support communications and information under our control only as reasonably needed to resolve requests, provide the service, meet legal duties, prevent fraud or handle disputes, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate. Providers have their own retention periods, and some transaction records must be retained for legal reasons.
We use reasonable safeguards; provider security practices are described in their own notices. No online service can guarantee complete security. HARPLIX is based in India; providers may process information elsewhere. Where law requires transfer safeguards, the responsible controller or provider must use an applicable mechanism. See Privacy & data requests for practical deletion steps.
8. Young players
Each game's intended audience is stated in its store listing or game notice. A store content rating describes game content; it is separate from an intended-audience rule. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, review the game terms with a parent or guardian. We will update this policy if a future game needs different protections.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can email gamesprivacy@harplix.com with the game name. We will review information under our control and help direct a request to a provider where appropriate.
9. Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live, you may be able to access, correct, obtain, delete or restrict processing of your information; object to certain uses; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. You may have a right to appeal our decision or complain to a privacy regulator. We will not deny ordinary gameplay solely because you decline personalized ads or exercise an applicable right.
Email gamesprivacy@harplix.com with the game name and your request, or use our data-request guide. We may need proportionate information to identify a record or verify an authorized agent, particularly where there is no player account. Do not send passwords or full card details. We will explain any lawful limit and an available appeal route. To appeal, reply to our response or email us with the subject “Privacy Appeal”.
10. Current game: Spin Rampage
Spin Rampage: Zombie Defense (Android package com.harplix.spinrampage) is currently our only covered game. It is intended for players aged 16 and over and is not directed to children under 16. A saved under-16 answer prevents access.
The game saves progress and age category locally. It does not request exact birth date, gender, precise GPS location, a HARPLIX account or HARPLIX cloud saves. It does not ask for name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, messages or microphone recordings during ordinary gameplay. These details do not limit information you choose to send when contacting support.
Unity LevelPlay mediates its rewarded, interstitial and banner ads. Unity Ads, ironSource Ads where enabled, and Google AdMob may supply ads. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks whether a European or US state message or privacy-options entry point is required. A message is not shown solely because the game was installed. Where UMP requires a decision and no age category is saved, the game asks for a 16+ threshold confirmation before making ad requests. Unknown age is not treated as confirmed adulthood; a 16+ answer does not establish that the player is 18 or older. The game applies relevant advertising restrictions. Where available, use Settings → Privacy Choices to review UMP choices.
Optional digital purchases use Google Play Billing through Unity IAP. Network availability varies by region and configuration; listing an integrated network does not mean it serves an ad on every device.
11. Updates and contact
We update this policy when covered games, providers or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies this version. We will give additional notice of material changes where required. Review the policy linked by each game for the version that applies to it.
